Contact us
Email [email protected]. Wrong price, missing cinema or a showtime that does not exist — tell us and we will fix it. Here is what to include so we can act on it.
One address, read by a person: [email protected].
We would rather hear from you than not, and a correction costs us nothing to make. The listings here are assembled automatically from the cinemas' own pages, which means that when something is wrong it is usually wrong quietly — a price that moved, a screening that was pulled, a cinema that changed its name. We cannot see those. You can.
Reporting a wrong price or showtime
This is the most useful thing you can send us. To save a round trip, include what you saw:
- Which cinema, and the district if the name is ambiguous — several circuits run more than one house in the same mall.
- The movie and the date and time of the screening.
- What we showed, and what the cinema showed. A screenshot of the booking page is ideal, because prices change through the day and we may be looking at it hours later.
- The page you were on — just paste the URL.
Prices we show are the standard adult fare each circuit publishes. Concessions, student and senior rates, discount days and member pricing are set by the cinema and are not always public, so a lower price at the counter is usually not an error on either side. A higher one is worth telling us about.
A missing cinema, or one that has closed
We add cinemas as we find them and retire them when their listings stop. If a house is missing entirely, or is still listed after it has shut, tell us — those are the two failures a reader notices first and we cannot always detect either.
Corrections, takedowns and copyright
Posters and stills belong to their distributors and are used here editorially, to illustrate the listing they sit next to. If you hold rights to an image and want it removed, write to us and it will come down — tell us the page and which image, and you do not need to send a formal notice first.
Ratings and synopses come from TMDB. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any cinema, circuit or studio, and we never take a booking or a payment — every booking link sends you to the cinema's own site.
What happens to your message
It goes to the address above and is read by the people who run the site. We use it to answer you and to fix what you reported, and for nothing else: we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not pass your address on. If you would rather not include your name, do not — a wrong price is a wrong price regardless of who spotted it.
Anything else
Press, data or partnership questions go to the same place: [email protected]. We are a small operation, so give us a few days before assuming the message went missing — and if it did, send it again.
Frequently asked questions
- How do I report a wrong price?
- Email [email protected] with the cinema, the movie, the date and time, and what the cinema's own booking page showed. A screenshot helps, because prices move through the day.
- How long will you take to reply?
- A few days. Corrections to listings are usually made faster than we get round to replying, so the price may be fixed before you hear back.
- Do you sell tickets or take bookings?
- No. Every booking link sends you to the cinema's own site and you pay them directly. We never handle payment details, so we cannot help with a booking, a refund or a seat change — those go to the cinema.
- Are you affiliated with any cinema chain?
- No. Cinema and circuit names and logos belong to their owners, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them. Some links on the site are sponsored or affiliate links, which is disclosed in the footer.
- Can I ask you to remove a poster or image?
- Yes. Write to [email protected] with the page and the image and it will be taken down. You do not need to send a formal notice first.
